Simplicity is the best

One of my project in ITE was to design a house with my design concept (3Ds Max) and overall design concept(Photoshop + AutoCAD).

 This is just 3 of my design,

 I prefer design a house that are not too complex as i believe everyone would want to go back to a house where they can rest and relax. I prefer using warm lights for my design as i felt that it can give a more cozy feeling and the wooden floor gives the whole house a very natural feeling. The spotlights in my design is to actually highlight the main focus in the room. The gloosy flooring gives the house a more high-class feel. I like to go by the saying, "Simplicity is the best."
