Parkour
Parkour may look like a very dangerous sports for anyone to be doing. What do you think. I personally think not as I, myself, have tried parkour before. What parkour really is is for you to get from point A to point B. Parkour can also train you mentally. To be patience, to be higher endurance towards the problems you face in life. Not to give in easily to the problems that block you from your life goal. I guess parkour actually did help me a little to be more patience. When I first started out doing parkour, I didn't really expect parkour to actually change how I view life. I just expect it to give me a nicer body build to be honest. I just thought it was just some random sports to train your body. But I actually find parkour quite dangerous, especially to those people who is afraid of height. Definitely won't recommend anyone with phobia of heights to parkour.
